Terms of Service
Last updated October 17, 2026
This dashboard (the "App") is built and operated by Acutix LLC ("Acutix," "we," "us") as a private, internal analytics and customer service tool for The Little Rose Shop ("the Client"). It is not offered to the public. By signing in, setting a password, or otherwise using the App, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Who may use the App
Access is limited to accounts created directly by the Client's owner for the Client's own staff. There is no public sign-up. An account may not be shared outside the person it was created for.
License
Acutix grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the App for the Client's own internal business purposes, for as long as the underlying services agreement between Acutix and the Client is in effect. The Client may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App, and may not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the App's underlying code.
Confidentiality
This dashboard and its design are confidential. Everyone who signs in agrees not to screenshot, reproduce, or share it with anyone.
Connected services
The App is set up to connect to third-party services the Client has separately authorized: Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Amazon SP-API, Etsy, Printful, Judge.me, Pinterest organic access, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, the Customer Service Hub archive (connected help desk), Gmail (the Client's support mailbox), Klaviyo, and QuickBooks Online. Which of them are active at any time depends on what the Client has connected. Each connection is subject to that provider's own terms. The App's connections to QuickBooks Online, Google Search Console, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Amazon SP-API, Etsy, the Customer Service Hub archive (connected help desk), Klaviyo, Pinterest organic access, and Judge.me are read-only. Printful synchronization is read-only. The Client's authorized support staff can separately confirm a shipping-address correction for an eligible Printful draft or failed order alongside the linked Shopify order. This action does not confirm, release, cancel, or pay for a Printful order. The App's connection to the Client's Gmail support mailbox reads the support email that arrives there; while the App runs alongside the Client's current help desk it sends only test replies to a test address the Client chose, and once the Client switches replies on it also sends, from that mailbox, the replies the Client's staff write in the App and any automatic replies the Client has switched on. It never deletes, archives, or relabels mail in the mailbox. The Client may disconnect any of these integrations at any time; doing so does not delete data already synced. Unlike most of the others, Etsy is connected through its own OAuth2 authorization flow (the Client approves the connection on Etsy's own consent screen) rather than a simple API key, the same way the QuickBooks Online connection works. What the App reads from each service is described in the Privacy Policy.
Customer email
Replies sent from the App's Customer Service inbox are sent in the Client's name, from the Client's own mailbox, and are the Client's communications with its customers. The App sends no automatic replies yet. When they are added, each will send nothing until the Client switches it on, and the Client will be able to switch it off again at any time.
Availability
The App is provided as part of an ongoing engagement between Acutix and the Client. Acutix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
Termination
Either Acutix or the Client's owner may revoke an account's access at any time. Acutix may suspend or end access to the App if these terms are not followed.
